IndividualIf you live near me, we can set up a consultation in person. Otherwise I will work with your animal from a distance. For the first consultation, I like to talk to you on the phone if possible. People living outside of the U.S. may find it easier to communicate with me by email.
If I determine that I can help you we can set up the consultation. I can work with you in one of the following two ways. We can set up a time for you to call me and then I will work right on the phone with you and your animal(s). You would describe them and tell what you want me to ask them at that time. Or you can tell me the descriptions and questions beforehand. Then I will work off the phone with your animals and when you call back at our appointment time, I will give you my report. You can still have me ask questions on the phone or by email if they arise during our conversation
Usually, we can schedule your consultation within a few days. If you have an emergency please tell me and I will try to fit you in right away. When you call you may get my answering machine. If so, please leave a message with your name and phone number (day and evening) and tell me where you are calling from. I need to know the time zone so I will not call you back at an inappropriate time. I usually return calls within 48 hours.
Fees / Payment
Rate: $75/half hour; $150/hr.
Tape Recording & Mailing Fee: $5
Fee for Lost Animal Cases: $75/flat fee
Travel Fee: $30/hour for locations greater than 30 minutes distant
I charge for the time I spend in consultation with your and your animal(s). When you call to set up the appointment I can give you an idea of the time and fees that will be required. Payment can be made by credit card (visa or mastercard) or by paypal at the time of the appointment. Payment by check, money order or western union, must be received and processed prior to the consultation.
